All of our products are hand made and/or designed at our premises in Bridgnorth. Some items may be sourced from overseas. We use our own comprehensive image archive for most products. All images and designs remain the copyright of Writtle Photographic Ltd unless otherwise stated. Images supplied from an external source are subject to copyright agreement between the copyright owner and the customer. Writtle Photographic cannot be liable for unauthorised reproduction of external images.

Items purchased are made to our highest standards and are as representative of the images displayed or proofed electronically. However, print conditions may vary and cannot be matched 100%.

Please allow 30 days for products to be made to order. Timescales vary dependent on current workloads. Items will be despatched via recorded source with either a registered courier service or HM Royal Mail. Any lost, damaged or disputed items must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase. Do not store printed items in below room temperature facilities as they will suffer from water and frost damage. As a manufacturer of services, we can replace any items considered by us to be faulty after examination of returned goods. You must pay for the cost of carriage for these returned items. We cannot refund for these items.Any items older than the 30 days from invoice date held at our premises will be charged for storage or may be deemed not required and could be destroyed. We are not liable for any items that are not used or consumed within their time frame or best before date.

If you hold a credit facility with us, please note that the payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. If payment is not made within this time then interest will be charged on a monthly basis of 8% of the outstanding nett total at the end of each 30 day period, and your account may be suspended. All goods remain the property of Writtle Photographic Ltd until payment has been made in full in accordance with all of our terms.
